Handling of Product. In connection with the provision of Services, ESSDS shall at all times handle, maintain, store, transport and deliver Product in accordance with all Applicable Laws and SOPs. ESSDS will prepare Product under conditions that are consistent with currently accepted standards of care including relevant requirements specified in the applicable SOPs and Work Instructions, the REMS Program, and Product Prescribing Information.
Handling of Product. Distributor shall handle, store and ship the Products in accordance with the instructions set forth on the Products or as otherwise provided in writing by BD. BD shall have the right, with reasonable advance notice to Distributor, to audit Distributor's facilities to ensure compliance with this Section 7.2.
Handling of Product. Licensee undertakes that the Product shall be handled and stored in accordance with the Applicable Laws, GDP, and any relevant information provided by Fennec. Licensee shall permit a qualified technical specialist from Fennec with reasonable prior notice, during normal business hours, to visit and observe the facilities for the storage and handling of Product in accordance the Specifications and Fennec’s written instructions.
