Guaranteed Days. There are no guarantees of employment beyond one (1) day for Technicians employed or engaged on a daily basis, or one (1) week for Technicians employed or engaged on a weekly basis. The Producer shall pay the Technician for the number of days set out in the Technician's Deal Memorandum unless:

Guaranteed Days. The Contract for Services shall indicate the number of days for which the Second Unit Director’s services are engaged. This number is guaranteed. If the Contract for Services indicates specific dates, these dates are guaranteed, and the Second Unit Director is required to work on those dates.
Guaranteed Days. Each regular Driver shall be guaranteed a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days employment when school is in session; unless buses cannot operate due to road conditions, in which case they will be assigned their regular route on any make-up days; if the Driver should not be able to work on the make-up day due to illness or family emergency, she/he may use appropriate leave, may take the day as unpaid, or make arrangements to work another day.. If the Driver does not accept the assignment for any other reason, she/he will forfeit the day without pay.
Guaranteed Days. Off An employee on a long term assignment will receivetime off in accordance with personnel policies applicable to In-flight Service Management employees.

  • Payment Delay Notwithstanding any other terms of this Agreement, no payments will be made to CONTRACTOR until COUNTY is satisfied that work of such value has been rendered pursuant to this Agreement. However, COUNTY will not unreasonably withhold payment and, if a dispute exists, the withheld payment shall be proportional only to the item in dispute.

  • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages (including hourly rate), overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions.   • Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO).

  • Bereavement Days In the case of bereavement of immediate family (as defined in article IX.G.1 below), employees will be given three (3) days that do not count against personal or sick leave. Additional bereavement days taken will be deducted from sick leave.
