Contract for Services definition

Contract for Services means an instrument executed by the authority and one or more persons or entities that delineates collection, transportation, and recycling services, in whole or in part, that will be provided to the citizens of the state within service areas as described in the approved standard plan.

Contract for Services means all services assigned to the Consulting Engineer, including the terms and conditions governing performance of the services.
