GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 5. 1 A grievance shall be defined as a dispute regarding the interpretation, application or alleged violation of the provisions of this Agreement. A grievance shall not include any matter or action taken by the School Trustees, or any of its agents, for which relief is granted by the statutes of the State of Nevada or the Federal Government.
