Grievance Meetings. The Grievance Committee shall meet with management at such time as may be mutually acceptable and as will not conflict with operations. Employees called to meetings--Any employee or group of employees who are called into any meeting regarding any matter, which comes under the jurisdiction of the Association, may request the presence of a member of the Grievance Committee and such request shall not be denied.
