GRANT OF ACCESS, PERMITTED USE AND LIMITATIONS ON USE. 2.1 The Publisher hereby grants the Member’s Authorised Users the non- exclusive and non-transferable access to the Publications via a Secure Network for the purposes of private study, research, education, distance learning, teaching, and administrative use associated with the normal practices and activities of Members and consistent with Clause 2.3 below. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, nothing shall in any way restrict or limit the ability of the Member, or Authorized Users to engage in or conduct any activity that is otherwise permitted under the Copyright Act of Canada including the fair dealing doctrine and exceptions for educational institutions and libraries permitted under the Copyright Act of Canada.
