Grading/Drainage Plan and Easements. Developer shall construct drainage facilities adequate to serve the Minimum Improvements in accordance with the Construction Plans. Developer agrees to grant to the City all easements reasonably necessary for the preservation of the drainage system, for drainage basins, and for utility service as required by the City. The grading and drainage plan shall include any measures reasonably necessary to conform to the overall City storm sewer plan, including but not limited to such considerations as lot and building elevations, drainage xxxxxx, storm sewer, catch basins, erosion control structures and ponding areas. The grading of the site shall be completed in conformance with the Construction Plans. All storm sewer facilities, sanitary sewer and water lines shall be private unless located within the City’s right of way, in which case, that portion of the facilities shall be public.

Grading/Drainage Plan and Easements. The Developer shall construct drainage facilities adequate to serve the Project in accordance with the Development Plans. The Developer agrees to grant to the City all necessary outlots, easements or stormwater maintenance agreements for the preservation and maintenance of the drainage system, for drainage basins and for utility service and for utility looping. The Developer shall enter into any easement agreements and stormwater management agreements with the City that are deemed necessary to fulfill the obligations of this section. The grading and drainage plan shall include lot and building elevations, drainage xxxxxx to be sodded, storm sewer, catch basins, erosion control structures and ponding areas necessary to conform to the overall City storm sewer plan. The grading of the site shall be completed in conformance with the Development Plans, subject only to such design criteria and engineering design and construction specifications as are used in the Development Plans notwithstanding any amendment or change to City standards for development subsequent to approval of the Final Plat. Developer shall dedicate drainage and utility easements as shown on the Final Plat. Additional utility and drainage easements that may be required by the City may be granted by an acceptable document as approved by the City.

  • Utility Easements 2.1 Some properties may at the discretion of the Developer be subject to easements in favour of suppliers of water, power, gas, telephone, internet and wastewater utilities and services, including SaskPower for location of a transformer and SaskTel. The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof. The Property Owner further specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Property may be subject to any such easement, and that the same shall not affect or result in a decrease or abatement of the purchase price of the Property.

  • Conservation Easement School shall abide by the terms of the Easement, attached as Exhibit “D” and granted by the District to Authority. The Easement shall be recorded against the Subject Property by the Authority, at the Authority’s sole cost and expense. This Easement may be executed and recorded without further approval of the Parties’ governing bodies, except that approval is required to authorize the execution of this Agreement.

This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.
