The Parties will attempt to resolve the same amicably amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. GOVERNING LAW, COMPLAINTS HANDLING, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. ‌ This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law. Any complaint or dispute can be raised in writing to our Compliance team at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.ai. If you remain unsatisfied with our compliant handling, you may refer the matter to Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (“FIDReC”) at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx, or as a final step refer to arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s (“SIAC”) arbitration rules (the “Rules”) then in force (which are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause) before a single arbitrator who shall be appointed in accordance with the Rules. The appointing authority shall be the SIAC. The place of the arbitration shall be Singapore and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The Parties waive any right of appeal to any court, insofar as such waiver can validly be made. Each party to the arbitration shall cooperate with each other party to the arbitration in making full disclosure of and providing complete access to all information and documents requested by such other party in connection with such arbitration proceedings, subject only to any confidentiality obligations binding on such party or any legal privilege applicable to any such information and/or documents.
