Goal-setting and Performance Planning. Using the element and standard ratings, comments and artifacts discussed during the end-of- year review, and the establishment of final ratings, the teacher should develop a professional growth planand new student learning targets designed to address any areas in which growth and development are needed, professional development or training required, and other resources needed to fully implement the professional growth plan. This plan will be shared with the evaluator at the beginning of the next school year.

  • Continuity of Service and Performance Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Parties shall continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement during the course of a Dispute with respect to all matters not subject to such Dispute.
