General Systems Engineering and Integration. (GSE&I) deals with overall system definition; integration both within the system and with associated systems; analysis of system segment and subsystem design; design compromises and tradeoffs; definition of interfaces; review of hardware and software including manufacturing and quality control; observation, review and evaluation of tests and test data; support of launch, flight test, and orbital operations; appraisal of the contractors' technical performance, through meeting with contractors and subcontractors, exchange and analysis of information on progress and problems, review of plans for future work; developing of solutions to problems, technical alternatives for reduced program risk, providing comments and recommendations in writing to the DOD System Program Manager and/or Project Officer as an independent technical assessment for consideration for modifying the program or redirecting Buyer's efforts; all to the extent necessary to assure timely and economical accomplishment of program objectives consistent with mission requirements.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.
