General Staff Meetings. A. Teachers shall not be required to attend more than nine (9) general staff meetings during the school year. Such meetings shall take place after working hours and normally will not exceed one hour in length. Adequate notification with agendas will be provided.

  • Minutes of Meetings 6.3.5.1 The chairperson shall produce written minutes of each meeting which shall be the formal record of all decisions taken. He shall send draft minutes to all Members within 10 calendar days of the meeting.

If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Scheduling of Meetings Either party may request a meeting of the UFE- Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. When requested, a Committee meeting will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place. The Committee will meet at least once per quarter; but additional meetings may be scheduled by mutual agreement.
