Additional Security Measures. BNYM shall have the right to institute and require additional security measures in connection with Company’s and Permitted User’s access to and use of the Licensed System that it in its sole discretion determines to be appropriate under the circumstances upon reasonable advance notice, and Company and Permitted Users shall be required to comply with any additional security requirements adopted pursuant to this Section 3.4.
Additional Security Measures. Each Party acknowledges and agrees that any Service Provider may take physical or information security measures that affect the manner in which Transition Services are provided, so long as the substance or overall functionality of any affected Transition Services remains the same as it was as of the Distribution Date.

No fire-arms, explosives or any other weapons may be brought into the security area. Smoking and the making of fires are prohibited in certain areas of the airport. Open fires may only be made in designated areas after written permission has been obtained from the Airport Manager, who will also supervise such fires. No smoking is allowed in the apron areas. No accommodation of personnel will be allowed in the security area of the airport. No drawings, sketches, diagrams, information, etc. pertaining to the works, airport, accidents, etc. may be made, reproduced or registered, except when it is necessary for the execution of the contract. No information regarding accidents, airport activities, reports, etc. shall be given to anybody and no press release shall be made or interview may be given to anybody without the written permission from the Airport Manager. Any interference with airport personnel, equipment or aircraft will be considered as an infringement of this clause. The Contractor will be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, to any airport equipment, aircraft, etc. caused by his own personnel or those of his subcontractors or suppliers whether on duty or not. The Contractor shall make good all costs necessary to remedy the situation including re-calibration of equipment where necessary. The Contractor shall note that especially navigation equipment is extremely sensitive and may be disturbed by sitting or leaning on it. No aircraft may be touched or moved by any member of the construction team. In case of an aircraft accident, no assistance what so ever may be given by the Contractor unless specifically requested and all staff must stay away from any part of an accident scene for a distance of at least 300m. If the Contractor is found lacking in any of the security measures or requirements, it will be sufficient cause for the termination of all construction activities until the matter has been rectified to the satisfaction of the Airport Manager. No claim resulting from inadequate security and safety measures will be considered.

In addition to your User ID and Password, we may ask you to create and provide responses to additional authentication questions that only you and TAC will know in order to verify your identity. You will be asked to create these questions and responses one time and will be presented with a question and prompted for a response at random when you access the Service. These questions and your correct responses help us to provide stronger protection of your account information. We reserve the right to prevent access to the Service for security reasons or if we suspect fraud. You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation and prosecution of any person who has obtained and used your User ID and Password without your authorization. TAC does not and will not assume any liability for unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Service. You agree not to give or make available your User ID, Password, or Account number(s) to any person who is not authorized to access your Account(s). If someone to whom you have granted authority to use your User ID and Password exceeds such authority, you are fully liable for all transfers and payments made by such person until you have notified us that you have terminated the authority granted to such person and have given us a reasonable period of time to act upon such notice. We may require that you put such notice in writing. Upon receipt of such notice, we may require you to immediately change your User ID and Password, and to identify the person or persons you believe to have exceeded such authority. We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to use the Service. Any user of this Service shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Additional Security Measures. 8.2.1. AJM may introduce additional security measures for the additional Services or products. AJM will notify the Client of any such security measures in advance.

The meeting of the FAC, RCD, MLC, RCD-N, RCD-ML and Maï-Maï General Staffs envisaged in item c of Chapter 6 of the agreement may propose additional security measures regarding some leaders according to their needs in accordance to item c of Annexure V to the same agreement.
