Common use of Funeral Leave Clause in Contracts

Funeral Leave. Employees shall be granted up to three (3) days of funeral leave which may be used in connection with the death of a member of the employee’s immediate family or household, as defined in Paragraph A above, and the employee’s domestic partner’s immediate family. This is apart from sick leave and is non-cumulative.

Funeral Leave.
