Franchise Approval. Lessee JV shall have received Franchise Approval and Franchisor has executed and delivered a New Franchise Agreement effective as of the Closing Date.
Franchise Approval. WII shall have granted to Purchaser and Guarantor the franchise rights to operate the Restaurants, and Purchaser and Guarantor shall have satisfied all terms, conditions, and requirements pertaining to the granting of such franchise rights.
Franchise Approval. AFC shall have notified Seller and Purchaser in writing that it will grant approval of the assignment of Seller's franchise right to operate the Stores as Popeye's Famous Fried Chicken and Biscuits Restaurants to Purchaser and that Seller has satisfied all terms, conditions and requirements pertaining to the granting of said franchises.
Franchise Approval. Franchisor shall have granted to Purchaser and Guarantor the franchise rights to operate the Restaurants, and Purchaser and Guarantor shall have satisfied all terms, conditions, and requirements pertaining to the granting of such franchise rights.
Franchise Approval. (2) With respect to each Outlet to be established pursuant to this Agreement, the Developer must apply for and obtain franchise approval from BK through BK’s standard franchise approval procedures, including without limitation, submitting the then current Multiple Franchise Application, Management Commitment Form and Capitalisation Plan. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, the Developer understands and agrees that, as a condition to the granting of a franchise approval the Developer must have in the reasonable opinion of BK, operational and legal approval as well as site approval. The terms “operational” and “legal” approval as used in this Agreement shall include without limitation the matters set out in Article 8(3) and 8(4) below.
Franchise Approval. This letter of intent is subject to the location being approved by the F45 franchise.
Franchise Approval. (1) With respect to each Restaurant to be developed by a Franchisee (other than Master Franchisee), the Franchisee must apply for and obtain franchise approval in writing from Master Franchisee (“Franchise Approval”). The Franchisee must submit all relevant information and documents to Master Franchisee, which at the date of this Agreement include a Multiple Franchise Application, Management Commitment Form and Capitalization Plan. As part of the Franchise Approval procedures, the Franchisee must, as a condition to the granting of Franchise Approval, have obtained operational, financial, credit and legal approval as well as site approval. “
Franchise Approval. Except as set forth in Section 6.7, Area Developer shall apply for and meet BKC’s then-current operational, financial, credit, legal and other criteria for developing and opening a new Burger King Restaurant (herein, “Franchise Approval”) applicable to all Franchisees in the U.S. Area Developer understands and accepts that BKC may change its criteria for Franchise Approval as it applies to all Franchisees during the term of this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion provided that any such change shall not impact Area Developer’s Franchise Pre-Approval as set forth in Section 6.7 of this Agreement. Failure to meet the requirements for operational, financial, credit and/or legal approval shall constitute grounds for refusing to grant Franchise Approval or withdrawing an approval already granted and shall not extend, modify or reduce the development obligations of Area Developer under Article V. Any such failure shall be in addition to and without prejudice to any rights of BKC arising from such failure under this Agreement or any other agreement.
Franchise Approval. Carrols must apply for and meet BKC’s current operational, financial, credit, legal and other criteria for developing and operating a new Restaurant (hereinafter referred to as “Franchise Approval”) applicable to all U.S. franchisees of BKC for Restaurants (“BKC Franchisees”). Carrols understands and accepts that BKC may change its criteria for Franchise Approval as it applies to all BKC Franchisees during the term of this Agreement.
Franchise Approval. Seller shall have granted to MUY and Guarantor the franchise rights to operate the Restaurants, and MUY and Guarantor shall have satisfied all terms, conditions, and requirements pertaining to the granting of such franchise rights.
