Commitment Form definition

Commitment Form means the notice of grant of an Option delivered by the Corporation hereunder to an Optionee in the form of Schedule “A” attached hereto, or in such other form as the Compensation Committee may approve for any one or more Optionees or for a group of Optionees, as same may be amended from time to time;
Commitment Form means the form used by departments on acceptance of the quotation;
Commitment Form means the form of commitment for a monthly dollar contribution attached as Appendix C;

  • Consultant shall confirm that it shall meet the DBE contract goal set by the City, by completing Attachment B, Consultant Proposal DBE Commitment Form, along with written confirmation from each DBE firm participating in the contract.

  • In the case of AstraZeneca terminating this Commitment Form, AstraZeneca shall provide written notice to the GPO on behalf of the Eligible Member.

  • Eligible Member shall not have the right to assign this Commitment Form to a third party without the prior written consent of AstraZeneca.


More Definitions of Commitment Form

Commitment Form means each Initial Lender Commitment Form or Subsequent Lender Commitment Form, as applicable.
Commitment Form means the prescribed commitment form to be set out in Appendix C attached to the Pricing Supplement
Commitment Form means the proposal form sent out at the end of sales discussions, confirming the Services to be provided along with the price quoted for the performance of these tasks. This form may also be known as the ‘Contract’ or ‘Agreement’.

Related to Commitment Form

  • Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Commitment Increase Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.
