FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE. The Said Building/s’ designed and is being built on R.C.C. foundation resting on deep bored concrete piles and Reinforced Concrete structure complying with IS code.
FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE. Reinforced cement with concrete on piles and sheer walls wherever necessary. Wall finish: • Gypsum plaster for smoother finish. Doors: • Polished flush main door. • Painted flush door in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Windows: • Anodized aluminium windows with glass panes. Hardware & Fittings: • Branded locks and hardware fittings of reputed brand. Floors: • Large 800x800 vitrified tiles in living, dining & bedrooms. • Kitchen floor with heavy duty matt finish ceramic. • Anti-skid floor tiles in bathroom and designer tiles on walls up to 7 ft. height.

FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE. Materials - Shed must include a solid slab floor (no crawlspace or basement permitted) composed of either a 4-inch-thick concrete slab or an integrated floor of suitable building material (e.g. pressure treated lumber). No dirt or gravel floors will be permitted. The area around the foundation must be backfilled (no exposed space under structure as to prevent burrowing animals from making a habitat under the shed).

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.

  • Foundation In their respective agreements, the parties have recommended that a temporary manpower/resource pool of permanent employees be set up to cover normal absences (Section 20 of the Agreement). The parties agree that the employees working in such a pool can also be used to cover peak activities or in other temporary situations that call for extra xxxxxxx.

  • Management Structure Describe the overall management approach toward planning and implementing the contract. Include an organization chart for the management of the contract, if awarded. 3.2

  • Structure Appendices 1 and 2 are incorporated into and form part of this DPA. They set out the agreed subject-matter, the nature and purpose of the processing, the type of Personal Data, categories of data subjects and the applicable technical and organizational measures.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case-by-case basis.

  • Governance Structure The Academy shall be organized and administered as a Michigan nonprofit corporation under the direction of the Academy Board and pursuant to the governance structure as set forth in the Bylaws. The Academy’s Board of Directors shall meet monthly unless another schedule is mutually agreed upon by the President and the Academy. The Academy shall not delegate this duty of organization and administration of the Academy without the express affirmative consent of the University.

  • Framework Management Structure 2.1.1 The Supplier shall provide a suitably qualified nominated contact (the “Supplier Framework Manager”) who will take overall responsibility for delivering the Goods and/or Services required within this Framework Agreement, as well as a suitably qualified deputy to act in their absence.
