FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE Sample Clauses

The FOUNDATION & STRUCTURE clause defines the requirements and standards for constructing the foundational elements and structural framework of a building or project. It typically outlines the materials to be used, the methods of construction, and any relevant codes or engineering specifications that must be followed. By setting clear expectations for these critical components, the clause ensures the safety, stability, and compliance of the overall structure, thereby minimizing the risk of defects or failures in the completed project.
