Slab Floor. The concrete slab of the Premises will be within “level tolerances” pursuant to industry standards (i.e. one quarter of an inch (1/4”) over ten feet (10’) in any direction noncumulative) and suitable for the installation of general office improvements and floor covering. If any work is required to bring the concrete slab to such condition, Landlord will perform the same in accordance with Section 4 below.
