Focus on Service. Party B (and, at the same time, on behalf of its affiliates) promises to focus on the promotion and operation of the designated VIP Room business. Without Party A's written consent, with the exception of those operations for other casinos already disclosed to Party A as of the execution of this contract, Party B (and, at the same time, on behalf of its affiliates) promises that it will not add, directly or indirectly, any other VIP Room or increase the number of tables for gaming promotion that it currently operates in other casinos in Macau region and will cause its partners to observe the same promise.

Focus on Service. Funding allocated to the PCN is expected to be used primarily to augment direct service delivery for Manitobans. While it is recognized that some funds may be required to support PCN coordination functions, this should represent a minority of the PCN funding. PCN Members will be expected to leverage existing space and PCN funding will not be allocated to building new facilities.

  • Description of Administration Services on a Continuous Basis PFPC will perform the following administration services with respect to each Portfolio:

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.
