Existing Space definition

Existing Space means the space covered by the Lease prior to this Amendment, described as follows:
Existing Space means area within the existing exterior walls and existing roofline of an existing structure that can be made safely habitable under applicable building and fire codes at the determination of the building official, notwithstanding any noncompliance with zoning regulations that was in existence on the date this ordinance became effective.
Existing Space means the space covered by the Lease prior to this Amendment, described as Suite 400 on the fourth floor of the Building, consisting of approximately 25,566 usable square feet and approximately 29,248 rentable square feet.

  • Existing Space is comprised of approximately 103,263 rentable square feet more particularly described in the Ninth Amendment and on the Premises Schedule attached as Schedule 1 to the Eleventh Amendment (the "Premises Schedule").

  • The Base Year for the purpose of calculating the Operating Costs shall remain calendar year 1998 and shall be applicable to both the Expansion Space and the Existing Space.

More Definitions of Existing Space

Existing Space means the space occupied by the Existing Lease Tenants at ▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to the Existing Leases, consisting of approximately 195,974 square feet in the aggregate as of the date hereof, as such space may be modified by any Existing Lease Extension.

Existing Space means the portion of the Building that Tenant shall have the right to occupy on the Commencement Date containing approximately 138,536 rentable square feet, dated April 1, 2003 and expiring on March 31, 2013 and certain portions of the Exterior Areas as more particularly described herein and identified on Exhibit A-2 annexed hereto and made a part hereof, and specifically excluding the premises demised under the R Best Lease and the R Best Sublease.
Existing Space means an allowable space that can be converted to an accessory dwelling unit within the four walls and roofline of any structure existing on or after January 1, 2017, that can be made safely habitable under the City’s building codes at the determination of the City’s building official.
Existing Space. Those portions of Building 2 and Building 3 depicted on the plan attached to this Lease as EXHIBIT B. As of the date of this Lease, Tenant is leasing the Existing Space from Landlord pursuant to the Existing Lease.
