Finish Times. All Functions held between Monday and Friday inclusive must end at 1.00 am and all functions on Saturday and Sunday must end by midnight, unless by prior written agreement of Bredon Parish Council.

Finish Times. It is expected that individual bookings for functions and events will finish by midnight on the night of the booking. A booking can only go on longer than this with the prior agreement of the Parish Council. Where bookings are accepted after midnight double hire charges will apply for any hour or part hour after midnight, the hire period ends when the premises are vacated. Additionally, activities must end by the time stated on the Booking Form and must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Overrunning on finishing times will lead to additional charges being made, these may be charged at up to double the standard rate and will be deducted from the deposit. Hirers should remember to allow time within their booking to return clean furniture to the racks within the storage area and unless they have been charged a floor cleaning fee are expected to leave the floor reasonable clean without any sticky patches or dirt/debris. As well as leaving the facility reasonably clean and tidy all rubbish and equipment must be removed from site by the end of the booking period. Hirers hosting a large event may wish to consider booking the evening before to set up (subject to availability) and/or the morning after to clear up after the event.

  • Delivery Times Deliveries to the City Warehouse or other designated City Buildings or Facilities will be accepted during normal working hours, i.e. 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday unless other arrangements have been made. Deliveries being made directly to City work sites should be coordinated with the City employee responsible for the work being performed at that site.

LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users. Response times for open support cases will vary depending on the specifics of the case and any Escalation required. If a response will require more than one business day to prepare, Customer will be notified and informed when a response can be expected.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).
