Work Day and Work Week. The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours per day and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours per week. The present practice with regards to employees working a straight eight (8) hours with a paid half hour lunch period, or working a straight eight (8) hours with an unpaid half hour lunch period, or working a straight eight and one-half hours with a half hour unpaid lunch period, shall continue for the full term of this Agreement and it shall be considered as a forty-hour work week.
