Fiber-Fed DLC Network. If Tel USA is providing Voice Service to a customer using a Digital Loop Carrier (DLC) system, and that customer wishes to establish DSL line sharing service with Lakeland, the following provisions shall apply: on a space-available basis, at such time as it becomes technically feasible, and to the extent required by law or regulation, without waiving any rights to challenge any such law or regulation, Tel USA shall (a) on a space-available basis, permit Lakeland to collocate Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) equipment in remote terminals for the sole purpose of accessing line sharing; (b) provide line sharing over the all-copper pair from the end-user customer demarcation location to a remote terminal; and (c) if requested by Lakeland, provide Lakeland with access to dark fiber between the remote terminal and the central office.   • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.   • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
