Fee and Method of Payment. 6.1. District shall pay Architect for all Services contracted for under this Agreement an amount equal to the following (“Fee”):

Fee and Method of Payment. DISTRICT shall pay ARCHITECT an amount not to exceed One hundred forty two thousand eight hundred thirty seven and 00/100 Dollars ($142,837.00 dollars) for all services contracted for under this Agreement, including reimbursable(s). ARCHITECT shall xxxx its work under this Agreement in accordance with Exhibit “D.” No increase in fee will be due from change orders generated during the construction period if due to ARCHITECT’S error or omission. The ARCHITECT'S fee set forth in this Agreement shall be full compensation for all of ARCHITECT’s work incurred in the performance hereof. A Reimbursable Allowance has been included in the Fee for all costs for personnel, travel, offices, printing of deliverables in the quantities set forth in Exhibit “A,” providing and/or shipping of deliverables or any other items, per diem expenses, any other direct or indirect expenses incident to providing the services, and any other items specified in Exhibit “A.”
