Common use of Family Illness Clause in Contracts

Family Illness. In the case of illness of a member of the immediate family of an employee, when no one at home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill person, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her Xxxx, to use annual sick leave entitlements up to a maximum of three (3) days at any one time for this purpose.

Family Illness. In the case of illness of a member of the immediate family of an employee, as defined in Clause 22.04, when no one at home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill person, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her Xxxxsupervisor, to use annual sick leave entitlements entitlement up to a maximum of three (3) days at any one time for this purpose.

In the case of a sudden illness of a child or family member of permanently residing at the immediate family of an employeeemployees household, and when no one none at the employees home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill personchild or dependent, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her Xxxxsupervisor, to use annual sick leave entitlements up to a maximum of three four (34) days at any one time sick leave per year for this purpose.

In the case cases of illness of the spouse or a member of the immediate family child of an employee, when no one at home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill person, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her Xxxxthe Employer, to use annual sick leave entitlements up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive days at any one time of accumulated sick leave for this purpose.

Family Illness. ‌ In the case of illness of a member of the an immediate family of an member (parent, spouse, cohabitant, child) residing at the employee's residence, and when no one at home other than the employee person can provide for the needs of the ill person, the an employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her Xxxxher, school administrator, to use annual sick leave entitlements up to a maximum of three (3) days at any one time for this purposesick leave entitlements per illness, to a maximum of five (5) days per year.
