Common use of Family Illness Clause in Contracts

Family Illness. (a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill child, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

Family Illness. (a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child or spouse of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childchild or spouse, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their his/her supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' (2) days paid leave at any one (1) time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of serious illness or hospitalization of a dependent child of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs care of the ill child, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their his supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' one (1) day paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child of an employee, and where the child is residing in the employee's home, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of for the ill child, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their supervisorthe Director, to use up to a maximum of two days' one (1) day paid leave at any one (1) time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child or spouse of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childchild (or the spouse), the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their his/her supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' (2) days paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of an illness or hospitalization of a dependent child member of the immediate family of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childperson, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their his/her supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two (2) days' paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of the employee's spouse or a dependent child of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the their needs of the ill child, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child member of an the employee's household, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childperson, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their his/her supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' paid leave (2) days accumulated sick leave, or banked flextime, or vacation time, at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child or spouse of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childchild (or the spouse), the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' (2) days paid leave at any one time for this purpose.

(a) In the case of illness or hospitalization of a dependent child child, spouse or parent of an employee, and when no one at the employee's home other than the employee can provide for the needs of the ill childaffected person, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying their supervisor, to use up to a maximum of two days' paid leave at any one time for this purpose.
