Common use of Family Care Clause in Contracts

Family Care. An employee is entitled to take time off for family care. Normally, up to five (5) days a year may be taken for this purpose. By mutual agreement with his/her supervisor, the employee may pay for this time by using his/her banked overtime, by working back the time over a reasonable period of time, or by taking the time off without pay.
