FACULTY/COSTS. C.1. Instructors for the Dual Enrollment Courses shall be subject to the approval of both parties and will adhere to Institution’s policies regarding academic standards and documentation of attendance and grades. The Institution reserves the right to replace any Dual Enrollment Course instructor provided by the High School for non-performance and/or violation of Institution policies and guidelines. The parties will promptly enter into an amendment of this Agreement if the replacement results in the Institution then being responsible for compensating the instructor of the affected Dual Enrollment Course. The parties agree that the primary employer of a Dual Enrollment Course instructor (Institution or High School) shall be responsible to arrange and compensate, if required, a substitute in the event that the instructor will be absent for a class meeting.

FACULTY/COSTS. The School District will assume responsibility for payment of full and part-time School District instructors. The School District assumes responsibility for reasonable and documented expenses incurred by high school faculty. When the College provides a professor either online or on the high school campus, TJC will invoice the School District and the School District will reimburse TJC for the professor’s cost and mileage from the TJC campus location to the location of the School District site. The mileage reimbursement rate is equivalent to the Internal Revenue Service mileage rate in effect at the time of travel. The standard overload rate for academic faculty is $700 per lecture credit hour. • 3-credit course is invoiced at $2,100 per section • 4-credit course is invoiced at $2,800 per section • 5-credit course is invoiced at $3,500 per section
FACULTY/COSTS. The District will assume responsibility for the timely payment of the costs incurred to recover College expenses for college courses taught as cohort sections as delineated on the Dual Credit Course Agreements. When the College provides the Faculty, including via distance learning, the School District is responsible for the mileage and faculty cost as stipulated in the Dual Credit Course Agreement. The School District is encouraged to hire academic Master’s credentialed faculty for all high school credit-only courses and future college courses to support sustainability of the P-Tech. Changes to the flat rate cost reimbursement for STC Faculty will be reviewed yearly to determine whether adjustments are needed. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the School District during the spring semester to align with the budget process.

  • Patent Expenses Unless agreed otherwise, the Party filing a Patent Application will pay all preparation and filing expenses, prosecution fees, issuance fees, post issuance fees, patent maintenance fees, annuities, interference expenses, and attorneys’ fees for that Patent Application and any resulting Patent(s). If a license to any CRADA Subject Invention is granted to Collaborator, then Collaborator will be responsible for all expenses and fees, past and future, in connection with the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of any Patent Applications and Patents claiming exclusively licensed CRADA Subject Inventions and will be responsible for a pro-rated share, divided equally among all licensees, of those expenses and fees for non-exclusively licensed CRADA Subject Inventions. Collaborator may waive its exclusive option rights at any time, and incur no subsequent financial obligation for those Patent Application(s) or Patent(s).

  • Development Costs With respect to activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date, each Party was to pay [*] of the total Direct Development Costs of a Product incurred in accordance with the Development Budget (as defined in the Original Agreement). Notwithstanding anything in this Article 6 of this Agreement or in any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, with respect to activities on and after the Amendment Effective Date, subject to Sections 3.1.2, Alimera will be solely responsible for, and shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of, all development costs of a Product, including Direct Development Costs. Notwithstanding anything in this Article 6 of this Agreement or in any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, (i) all payments owing by CDS hereunder with respect to development activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date are hereby deemed fully paid by CDS (or waived, to the extent such waiver may be required), including any Development Payments, Compounded Development Payments, Determined Disputed Costs and Compounded Disputed Costs (as all defined in the Original Agreement), further including any penalties and interest which might have accrued with respect thereto, and further including all CDS payments deferred pursuant to that February 11, 2008 letter agreement sent by CDS and executed by CDS and Alimera regarding deferral of payments under the Original Agreement as of such date; (ii) all payments owing by Alimera hereunder with respect to development activities prior to the Amendment Effective Date are hereby deemed fully paid by Alimera (or waived, to the extent such waiver may be required), including any Development Payments, Compounded Development Payments, Determined Disputed Costs and Compounded Disputed Costs (as all defined in the Original Agreement), and further including any penalties and interest which might have accrued with respect thereto; and (iii) subject to Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, from and after the Amendment Effective Date, CDS will have no liability whatsoever hereunder for any past, present or future development costs, including Direct Development Costs (which includes those incurred before, on and after the Amendment Effective Date), and instead Alimera shall have sole liability therefor.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.

  • Litigation Costs If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement or to remedy its breach, the prevailing party in such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover its actual attorney's fees and other costs incurred in the action or proceeding, in addition to such other relief to which it may be entitled.

  • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.   • Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.

  • Program Costs 3.1 The Province will pay the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Medicine for the costs of the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education. Annually, the cost to the Province to fund the Participant’s Postgraduate Medical Education is approximately $150,000, including the Participant’s salary and benefits.
