Facilities for District's Inspector. The Contractor shall provide, at no additional cost or expense to the District, for use by the District, the Project Manager and the District's Inspector, at the Site, a temporary trailer meeting or exceeding the requirements set forth in the Specifications, along with the items of furniture, furnishings and office equipment identified in the Specifications. The Contractor shall provide and pay for all costs, including without limitation, utility and telephone services associated with the use of such temporary trailer, until removal of the same is authorized by the District. The costs for providing of all such items pursuant to the foregoing shall be included within the Contract Price. If the Contractor fails to provide a temporary trailer or the furniture, furnishings and office equipment set forth in the Specifications or fails to pay timely any utility charges or other charges arising out of the use of the same, the District may, as applicable, procure a temporary trailer and/or office furniture, furnishings and equipment conforming to these requirements, or pay such outstanding charges. Contractor shall reimburse the District for all costs, including the District's administrative costs, incurred by the District pursuant to the preceding sentence; in lieu of the Contractor's reimbursement and at the sole and exclusive discretion of the District, such costs may be deducted by the District from any portion of the Contract Price then or thereafter due the Contractor.

  • Project Inspector 5.1.1 One or more Project Inspector(s), including special Project Inspector(s), as required, will be assigned to the Work by District, in accordance with requirements of title 24, part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, to enforce the building code and monitor compliance with Plans and Specifications for the Project previously approved by the DSA. Duties of Project Inspector(s) are specifically defined in section 4-342 of said part 1 of title 24.

  • Goods Inspection The Commissioner of DAS, in consultation with the Client Agency, shall determine the manner and prescribe the inspection of all Goods and the tests of all samples submitted to determine whether they comply with all of the specifications in the Contract. If any Goods fail in any way to meet the specifications in the Contract, the Client Agency or the Commissioner of DAS may, in its sole discretion, either reject it and owe nothing or accept it and pay for it on an adjusted price basis, depending on the degree to which the Goods meet the specifications. Any decision pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS If the Property is in a public improvement district,

  • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.
