Facilitating byelaw development. Purpose.  To facilitate the collective development of the Byelaws that will provide the rules and regulations for forest management , use and organisationa l matters. 1. Leading on from the management plan the Byelaws can be developed again through a modified brainstorming exercise (See Part 5, tool box, Tool 5.). However some aspects of the Byelaws may be pre- determined by the format/contents prescribed for the type of forest management organisation that must be adhered to. Outputs A set of Byelaws. Outcomes The Byelaws have come from the community and are agreed by the community. Half to 1 day The key condition for all Byelaws is that they must be simple, precise and clear. They must all be feasible to implement by the community itself. So as cards are written in the brainstorming exercise, they all must be assessed according to these criteria and clarifications made accordingly.   • Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry.   • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • Joint Development If joint development is involved, the Recipient agrees to follow the latest edition of FTA Circular 7050.1, “Federal Transit Administration Guidance on Joint Development.”

  • Completion of Development Upon the completion of the whole development or complete phases of the development, Council may review this Agreement, in whole or in part, and may:
