Exclusivity of Employment. During the Term, and without prior approval of the Board of Directors, Executive shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity competitive with or adverse to the Company's business or welfare or render a material level of services of a business, professional or commercial nature to any other person or firm, whether for compensation or otherwise.

Exclusivity of Employment. Executive agrees that his employment hereunder is on an exclusive basis, and that during the Employment Term, he will not engage in any other business activity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Executive from serving on the Boards of Directors of other corporations (subject to the approval of the Board which shall not be unreasonably withheld), from engaging in charitable and public service activities, or engaging in speaking and writing activities, or from managing his personal investments, provided that such activities are disclosed in writing to the Board in a notice that references this provision and do not interfere with Executive's availability or ability to perform his duties and responsibilities hereunder.
Exclusivity of Employment. Executive agrees his position with the Company will be his sole employment and he will use his best efforts to discharge his duties and responsibilities in such capacity and to act subject to the direction of the Chief Executive Officer/President. Part-time activities that do not interfere with Executive’s duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement shall not constitute employment. Participation by Executive as a member of a board of directors not related to the Company in any way, or such similar participation, shall require the consent of the President. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall not, directly or knowingly indirectly, either as an Executive, officer, director, or in any other individual or representative capacity, either for his own benefit or the benefit of any other person or entity solicit, recruit, induce, entice, encourage or in any way cause any employee of Company (or an affiliate) to terminate his/her employment with Company (or such affiliate). This Article is not intended to limit the ability of Executive to terminate the employment of Company employees in the course and scope of his position with Company.
Exclusivity of Employment. Employee agrees to work full-time and, except to the extent permitted otherwise pursuant to the following provisions of this Paragraph 7, exclusively for Employer, NPSI and NPSI’s other subsidiaries and devote his talents, skills, attention, best efforts and time during normal business hours and such other times as may be necessary, to the business and affairs of Employer, NPSI and NPSI’s other subsidiaries and to discharge the responsibilities assigned to him and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him. Employee shall not during the term of this Agreement be engaged in any other employment without the consent of Employer. Employee may (i) serve on civic or charitable boards or committees, (ii) perform volunteer work for any charitable, educational, civic or other nonprofit organization, including but not limited to youth sports teams and clubs, and (iii) participate in non-competing family-owned businesses, so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of Employee’s job responsibilities under this Agreement.

Exclusivity of Employment. Executive shall not directly or indirectly, without prior approval of the Company’s CEO, engage in any activity competitive with or adverse to the Company’s business or welfare or render a material level of services of a business, professional or commercial nature to any other person or firm, whether for compensation or otherwise; provided however, that Executive may serve on various trade or industry boards or, with the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer, serve on the boards of other unrelated corporations, as well as participate in charitable and civic activities, provided that such activities do not in any way interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company.
Exclusivity of Employment. During Physician’s employment under this Agreement, Physician agrees to practice medicine solely for Hospital. Physician shall not perform his specialty or any other type of medicine, either privately, with a group, or for another employer, while this Agreement is in effect unless otherwise approved by Hospital.
