Exclusivity of Consideration. Effective upon the Employment Separation Date and except as provided in (a) if applicable, the Stock Plan (as defined below in Paragraph 6), the Option Agreement(s) (as defined below in Paragraph 6), the Restricted Stock Agreement(s) (as defined below in Paragraph 6), and (b) Paragraphs 1, 2, 6 and 9 of this Agreement, neither Company nor any of the other Released Parties (as defined below in Paragraph 5) shall have any further obligation to provide Employee with compensation or benefits under any plan, policy, agreement or arrangement of Company by reason of Employee’s termination of employment or in consideration of this Agreement.
