EVIDENCE REPORT. Description of the deliverable On the basis of literature search: time frame 1995 -2010 in Czech, Dutch, German, Spanish and Eng- lish, in databases Psychinfo, Xxxxxxx Institute, Cochrane Occupational Health Field strategy and if abstract available. Result: 198 abstract, 112 relevant articles included, an extensive summary and recommandations were produced. Purpose of the deliverable Description of the status quo in the scientific literature on the consequences of terrorism, disasters and other shocking events for the uniformed services, like police, ambulance services, fire fighters, rescue workers and defense. Evaluation of the deliverable Relevant and recent scientific research on the topic is available; the literature is mainly in the anglo- saxon domain. Other language areas stay behind in scientific research and are also not easily available. Value-added – in particular European value-added and transferability – of the deliverable The literature search was aimed at 4 different languages areas in Europe, this is to take as a starting point to really cover the European knowledge domain in this field. Dissemination of the deliverable The extensive summary and recommendations from the literature search are included in the guidelines psychosocial support for the uniformed services (in print and in pdf)

  • Absence Reporting All absences must be reported to the Transportation Department 15 no later than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of the route.

  • Compliance Report The Subservicer agrees that it shall permit, not more than once per year, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Administrator, as the Indenture Trustee’s designee, to conduct or have conducted a procedural audit regarding the Subservicer’s compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Act or the terms of this Agreement. Such audits shall be at the expense of the Servicer.

  • Preparation of Presentence Report The defendant understands the United States will provide to the Court and the United States Probation Office a government version of the offense conduct. This may include information concerning the background, character, and conduct of the defendant, including the entirety of his criminal activities. The defendant understands these disclosures are not limited to the count to which he has pleaded guilty. The United States may respond to comments made or positions taken by the defendant or the defendant’s counsel and to correct any misstatements or inaccuracies. The United States further reserves its right to make any recommendations it deems appropriate regarding the disposition of this case, subject only to any limitations set forth in this plea agreement. The United States and the defendant expressly reserve the right to speak to the Court at the time of sentencing pursuant to Rule 32(i)(4) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

  • Adverse Report (a) The Employer shall notify an employee of any dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) calendar days of the Employer's becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dissatisfaction. This notification shall include particulars of work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of his/her record for use against him/her at any time. The employee's written reply to such notification of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her record.

  • GRIEVANCE REPORT Attachment I (Grievance Report) will be used in the processing of all grievances.

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

  • Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”

  • Scale Reports Forest Service shall pro- vide Purchaser a copy of Forest Service scaler’s record, if requested in writing.

  • Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
