Compliance Report. The Subservicer agrees that it shall permit, not more than once per year, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Administrator, as the Indenture Trustee’s designee, to conduct or have conducted a procedural audit regarding the Subservicer’s compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Act or the terms of this Agreement. Such audits shall be at the expense of the Servicer.
Compliance Report the Professional shall submit a completed, updated report with each Application for Payment request for each individual work authorization.

Compliance Report. The Developer agrees to file a written Annual Report (“Annual Report”) with the FDC for each of the fiscal years ending during the term of this Agreement (the “Reporting Year”).

The bidder, as an individual, or as a member, partner, director or officer of the bidder, if the same be a firm, partnership, or corporation, (1) represents that their attention has been specifically drawn to Executive Order No. 50, dated April 25, 1980, on Equal Employment Compliance of the contract, and (2) warrants that they will comply with the provisions of Executive Order No. 50. The bidder, as an individual, or as a member, partner, director, or officer of the bidder, if the same be a firm, partnership, or corporation, executes this document expressly warranting that they will comply with the provision of this contract in providing records, Chapter 8.
Compliance Report. Seller shall provide Buyer no later than the thirtieth (30th) calendar day of each month a compliance report, in the form of Exhibit X attached hereto, demonstrating therein the calculations Seller utilized to determine its compliance with the financial covenants set forth in clauses (m), (n), (o) and (s) of this Section 11 as of the end of the immediately preceding month. Such compliance report shall be delivered by seller to Buyer in accordance with Section 17 and shall also be delivered by Seller to Buyer at 0 Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, Attn: Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Telecopier No.: (000) 000-0000, Telephone No.: (000) 000-0000.
Compliance Report. (a) Within eighteen (18) months of the date that this Agreement is registered by the Comptroller in accordance with City procedures and on each anniversary thereof until and including the first such anniversary occurring after the last year of the Performance Term, Funding Recipient shall submit to the City a properly completed Compliance Report substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule IV. The completed Compliance Report shall be signed on behalf of Funding Recipient by its Chief Executive Officer.

Compliance Report. Contractor is required to submit a Compliance Report to the Fund with every application for payment or by request of the Fund and such report must document the progress made towards achievement of the MWBE goals of the Contract.
