Establishing Service. To accept Check Transactions, Merchant must use properly configured processing equipment. Merchant is responsible for obtaining equipment necessary to utilize the service. IMS will provide Merchant with the programming information necessary to process Check Transactions on IMS- approved processing equipment. Merchant agrees that IMS is not responsible for any damages which may be incurred by Merchant or any third party as a result of any failure of electronic processing equipment. If Merchant requests programming information for processing equipment not provided by IMS, IMS in its sole discretion may elect to fulfill such request and Merchant agrees to pay IMS a reprogramming charge in an amount determined by IMS.

Establishing Service. The Contractor agrees to accept the Treasurer’s Standard Contract as the basis for providing services to state agencies, the judicial branch, and units of local government. Establishing service and participating in the Payment Program by a Merchant is accomplished by executing an Agency Participation Agreement between the Contractor and the individual agency or unit of local government, and completion of a user profile form for each separate Point of Sale, Interactive Voice Response, Internet, or other location where payments will be accepted.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • Establishment of Service A. After receiving certification as a local exchange company from the appropriate regulatory agency, Reseller will provide the appropriate Company service center the necessary documentation to enable the Company to establish a master account for Reseller. Such documentation shall include the Application for Master Account, proof of authority to provide telecommunications services, an Operating Company Number ("OCN") assigned by the National Exchange Carriers Association ("NECA") and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable. When necessary deposit requirements are met, the Company will begin taking orders for the resale of service.

  • Long Service Recognition Effective the first pay period after April 1, 2021, a 25th year step on each wage schedule is created which will be 0.25% higher than the respective 6th year step.   • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

  • Standards of Service 1. Company shall at all times during the term hereof maintain a sufficient number of properly trained personnel to ensure that all customers of Company receive prompt and courteous service at all times, and all such personnel, while on or about the Premises, shall be polite, clean, appropriately attired and neat in appearance. Employees of Company shall wear appropriate identification badges, subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, and employees performing similar jobs shall wear similar uniforms, which shall be clean and pressed.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • COURT SERVICE If an employee is required to appear in court or pursuant to a subpoena or other order of a court or body or to perform jury service, and such appearance or service results in his/her absence from work, he/she shall be granted court service leave for the period of time necessary to fulfill such requirement. Any employee who makes an appearance and whose service is not required shall return to work as soon as practicable after release. An employee on court service leave for a full day shall receive the difference between the payment received for such court service, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay. Any employee returning to work from court service leave shall be paid by the State for his/her actual hours worked or a minimum of the difference between payment received from the court, excluding any travel allowance, and his/her regular pay, whichever is greater. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to an employee summoned to or appearing before a court or body as a party to any private legal action which is not job related.
