Equipment Title. Merchant agrees that title to POS equipment and other products purchased by way of the Agreement shall remain with Canmor until full payment of cleared funds, authorized credit card payment or in the case of a lease, the acceptance of the lease by leasing company and funding received by Canmor.
Equipment Title. OVR shall hold first lien on all equipment, with a cost of $5,000 or more per individual item, purchased under this grant for a period of five years from the date of purchase. The value of OVR’s lien, as registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State (“DOS”), will equal the portion of the equipment purchase price financed by OVR through this grant. Grantee will file OVR’s lien with the DOS using the Financing Statement, Uniform Commercial Code UCC-1. Ownership of such equipment will revert to OVR if the terms of the grant are violated, or if the project has terminated while OVR holds the aforementioned lien. Equipment purchased with grant funds may not be offered as collateral in any transactions while OVR holds a lien against such equipment.
Equipment Title. Title to any equipment, goods, software, or database whose acquisition cost is borne wholly or in part by this Contract shall vest in DHEC upon acquisition. Equipment purchased by grants received from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are a state asset and can be called upon and deployed to other facilities.
Equipment Title. Title to equipment purchased with IGEM Funds, in whole or in part, shall vest in the University upon acquisition. Such equipment shall remain in use for the specific Project for which it was obtained, until the expiration of this Agreement and when there are no other obligations to Commerce.
Equipment Title. REI shall retain title to all equipment purchased with grant funds under this Agreement.
Equipment Title. The Equipment will at all times during this Agreement be the sole and exclusive property of Company. PDM hereby acknowledges that Company is the owner of the Equipment and further acknowledges that PDM will acquire no ownership, title or other property rights in the Equipment by reason of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, PDM will return the Equipment to Company at an address to be specified by Company.
Equipment Title. Unless Customer is purchasing equipment pursuant to the terms in the Addendum entitled “Equipment Purchase” and unless stated differently in this Agreement or in the Incorporated Documents, title to any equipment provided to Customer in connection with the Subscription Services remains vested in Motorola at all times. Any sale of equipment pursuant to this Agreement will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Equipment Purchase Addendum.
Equipment Title. Unless provided otherwise in the RFX, the equipment is and shall at all times remain the sole property of the Contractor. The State Entity shall not acquire any title to the equipment except as set forth in the RFX.

Equipment purchased by grants received from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) are the state and regional coalition asset(s) and can be requested and deployed to other regions of the state. Equipment may also be deployed to other states during emergency disasters when requested through the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC). Should there be any issues or questions regarding the request for, and deployment of equipment, DHEC shall make a determination as to the appropriateness for such request and deployment. DHEC’s determination shall be considered final and Contractor shall immediately comply with DHEC’s determination.
Equipment Title. Title to any equipment, goods, software, or database whose acquisition cost is borne wholly or in part by this Subaward shall vest in DHEC upon acquisition. At the end of the Subaward, approved equipment, goods, software, or database whose acquisition cost is borne wholly or in part by the Subaward will vest with the Subrecipient for use in continued support of the effort of the work as outlined in the Subaward.
