EPA Permits. Within forty (40) calendar days after receipt of a complete permit application or notice of intent for coverage under an NPDES general permit, EPA will input all required data into EPA's national CWA NPDES database for the facilities EPA retains authority over. In addition, when required, EPA will coordinate with IDEQ on CWA §401 certification.

The Mortgage Loan requires the related Mortgagor to be qualified to do business in the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located and for the Mortgagor and the Mortgaged Property to be in compliance in all material respects with all regulations, zoning and building laws.

No operation shall begin until Concessionaire has provided such written evidence to Department.
