Seller shall operate and maintain the Property in accordance with Seller’s existing practices and perform all obligations to be performed by Seller under the Leases, the Approved Contracts, the Warranties and Guarantees, the Licenses & Permits, the Development Contracts, the Loan Documents, the Property Management Agreement and applicable law.
