EPA ENERGY STAR REQUIREMENTS. In compliance with Executive Order 12845 (requiring Agencies to purchase energy efficient computer equipment), all microcomputers, including personal computers, monitors, and printers that are purchased using Government funds in performance of a contract shall be equipped with or meet the energy efficient low-power standby feature as defined by the EPA Energy Star program unless the equipment always meets EPA Energy Star efficiency levels. The microcomputer, as configured with all components, must be Energy Star compliant. This low-power feature must already be activated when the computer equipment is delivered to the agency and be of equivalent functionality of similar power managed models. If the equipment will be used on a local area network, the vendor must provide equipment that is fully compatible with the network environment. In addition, the equipment will run commercial off-the-shelf software both before and after recovery from its energy conservation mode.

EPA ENERGY STAR REQUIREMENTS. Executive Order 13123, “Greening the Government Through Efficient Energy Management” and FAR 23.203 require that when Federal Agencies acquire energy using products, they select, where life-cycle cost-effective, and available, ENERGY STAR® or other energy efficient products. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FEDERAL FUNDING Section 507 of P.L. 104-208 mandates that Contractors funded with Federal dollars, in whole or in part, acknowledge Federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations and other documents. This requirement is in addition to the continuing requirement to provide an acknowledgment of support and disclaimer on any publication reporting the results of a contract funded activity.

  • Tax Requirements The Participant is hereby advised to consult immediately with his or her own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of this Agreement. The Company or, if applicable, any Subsidiary (for purposes of this Section 28, the term “Company” shall be deemed to include any applicable Subsidiary), shall have the right to deduct from all amounts hereunder paid in cash or other form, any Federal, state, local, or other taxes required by law to be withheld in connection with this Award.   • Funding Requirements In addition to the conditions precedent stated elsewhere herein, the Lenders shall not be obligated to make Revolving Loans and the L/C Issuers shall not be obligated to issue Letters of Credit unless:

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Technical Requirements All Corrections done by Customer, its Authorized Agent or a third party contractor must be performed in accordance with Boeing's applicable service manuals, bulletins or other written instructions, using parts and materials furnished or approved by Boeing.

  • Authority Requirements During the Compliance Period, the following provisions shall apply.

  • Performance Requirements To receive the Monthly Capacity Payment in Section 8.1.2.1, Seller shall provide the Contract Capacity in each Peak Month for all on-peak hours as such peak hours are defined in Edison's Tariff Schedule No. TOU-8 on file with the Commission, except that Seller is entitled to a 20% allowance for Forced Outages for each Peak Month. Seller shall not be subject to such performance requirements for the remaining hours of the year.
