Enhanced Content Editor. The CMS shall include an enhanced content editor Module that provides capability to develop and edit static Web Site pages using a point and click on-screen HTML editor. No programming or technical knowledge shall be required. The inbuilt template system shall combine with the WYSIWYG editor to produce XHTML-compliant output. Even if a non-compliant HTML code is loaded into the editor, the CMS editor shall convert it to XHTML. The CMS editor shall give CMS End Users the ability to create and modify tables and table cells, set border colors, align text, adjust cell spacing, change attributes, create and modify forms, text boxes, radio buttons, check boxes and buttons. The system provides complete support for style sheets. HTML code that contains a#<style> tag or link to a style sheet shall automatically be available in the style sheet drop down list on the toolbar. Editor features include: • Adjust font type, color, size, formatting (bold, italic, underline, subscript, superscript) • Insert numbered and ordered lists • Web-safe popup color picker • Upload images directly into your content • Insert, resize and delete images • Modify image properties: width, height, border, alt text, alignment, etc.; add edit or delete links • Dynamic insert from other Civica Modules • User level-based control for icon and feature assignment • Spell checker built in • Inbuilt preview, rollback and versioning functions to support point in time retrieval of unpublished Web pages. • Previously published Web pages shall be accessible to content owners throughout the life of the Agreement. • The twenty-five (25) last edits are available within the CMS. • Additional edits will be available through accessing off-line database back-ups.

  • User Generated Content On, or in connection with, the Platform, Bayer may ask for or allow you to communicate, submit, upload or otherwise make available text, video, chat, images, or other content (“User Generated Content), which may be accessible and viewable by others on the Platform and by others in the public. You agree that you will not submit any User Generated Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, bigoted, hateful, violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or that xxxxx or can reasonably be expected to harm any person or entity, whether or not such material is protected by law. With regards to any User Generated Content, you agree to xxxxx Xxxxx a non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable and royalty-free worldwide license under all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy and publicity rights and other intellectual property rights for the full duration of those rights to use, reproduce, transmit, print, publish, publicly display, exhibit, distribute, redistribute, copy, index, comment on, modify, transform, adapt, translate, create derivative works based upon, publicly perform, publicly communicate, make available, and otherwise exploit such User Generated Content, in whole or in part, in all media formats and channels now known or later developed, in any number of copies and without limit as to time, manner and frequency of use, without further notice to you, without attribution (to the extent this is not contrary to mandatory provisions of applicable law), and without the requirement of permission from or payment to you or any other person or entity. You agree that submission of User Generated Content does not establish any relationship of trust and confidence between you and Bayer, and that you have no expectation of compensation whatsoever (except as may be specifically stated in a separate agreement). You represent and warrant that your User Generated Content conforms to these Conditions and that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions including, without limitation, all copyrights, music rights and likeness rights (with respect to any person) contained in the User Generated Content, without the need for payment to any other person or entity, to use and exploit, and to authorize Bayer to use and exploit, your User Generated Content in all manners contemplated by these Conditions; and you agree to indemnify and hold Bayer harmless from any claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) by any third party arising out of or in connection with Bayer’s use and exploitation of your User Generated Content resulting from your breach of these Conditions. You also agree to waive and not to enforce any moral rights, ancillary rights or similar rights in or to the User Generated Content against Bayer or Bayer’s licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and agree to procure the same agreement to waive and not to enforce from others who may possess such rights. Bayer retains the right to monitor, screen, post, remove, modify, store and review User Generated Content or communications sent through the Platform, at any time and for any reason, including to ensure that the User Generated Content conforms to these Conditions, without prior notice to you. Bayer may terminate your account and access to the Platform if your User Generated Content violates these Conditions, including unlawful postings or content, without prior notice to you. Bayer is not responsible for, and does not endorse or guarantee, the opinions, views, advice or recommendations posted or sent by users.

  • CONTENT UPDATES If You purchase a Symantec maintenance/support offering consisting of or including Content Updates, as indicated on Your Support Certificate, You are granted the right to use, as part of the Licensed Software, such Content Updates as and when they are made generally available to Symantec’s end user customers who have purchased such maintenance/support offering and for such period of time as indicated on the face of the applicable Support Certificate. This License Agreement does not otherwise permit You to obtain and use Content Updates.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • User Content Certain areas of the Platform may enable you to post comments, send messages, correspond with others and/or otherwise post content (“User Content”) in connection with various features that Spectra may elect to offer, such as information libraries, e-mail service, bulletin boards, chatrooms, electronic postcards, chats with special guests, e-mails, and forums to communicate with others (“Message Features”). You must use the Message Features in a responsible manner and you are fully responsible for all User Content that you provide to us or others. Your License to Us. By submitting User Content, you grant us and our designees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sub-licensable, transferable, license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, edit, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works, make, sell, offer for sale, export, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content (or any portion thereof) in any way that we want and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. Spectra is not in any manner endorsing any User Content that it may publish or post on the Platform and cannot, and will not, vouch for its reliability. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.
