Content Updates definition

Content Updates means content used by certain Symantec products which is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware products; updated antispam rules for antispam products; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products; updated lists of authenticated web pages for website authentication products; updated policy compliance rules for policy compliance products; and updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products.
Content Updates means content, which may be provided from time to time, used by certain Symantec products and/or services to maintain the efficacy of the product, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware products; updated antispam rules for antispam products; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products; updated lists of authenticated web pages for website authentication products; updated policy compliance rules for policy compliance products; and updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products. Content Updates may include content produced by the Licensed Software based on Your use of the Licensed Software.
Content Updates means content used by certain Rapid7 Software which is updated from time to time, including but not limited to updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products and exploits for penetration testing products.

Examples of Content Updates in a sentence

  • This License Agreement does not otherwise permit You to obtain and use Content Updates.

  • If You purchase a Symantec maintenance/support offering consisting of or including Content Updates, as indicated on Your Support Certificate, You are granted the right to use, as part of the Licensed Software, such Content Updates as and when they are made generally available to Symantec’s end user customers who have purchased such maintenance/support offering and for such period of time as indicated on the face of the applicable Support Certificate.

  • Symantec reserves the right to designate specified Content Updates as requiring purchase of a separate subscription at any time and without notice to You; provided, however, that if You purchase a subscription that includes particular Content Updates on the date of purchase, You will not have to pay an additional fee to continue receiving such Content Updates for the remaining period of Your existing subscription even if Symantec designates such Content Updates as requiring separate purchase.

  • You shall have the right to obtain Content Updates for any period for which You have purchased a subscription for Content Updates for the Software (including any subscription included with Your original purchase of the Software), except for those Content Updates that Symantec elects to make available by separate paid subscription, or for any period for which You have otherwise separately acquired the right to obtain Content Updates.

  • This License Agreement does not otherwise give You the right to obtain or use Content Updates, and any unauthorized access to or use of Content Updates is deemed a breach of this License Agreement.

Content Updates means content used by certain Veritas products which is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware products; updated antispam rules for antispam products; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products; updated lists of authenticated web pages for website authentication products; updated policy compliance rules for policy compliance products; and updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products.
Content Updates means content used by certain BullWall products which can be updated from time to time, including but not limited to updated intrusion detection data and updated vulnerability signatures.
Content Updates means content used by certain Ternary Inc. products which is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated URL lists for content filtering and anti phishing products; updated lists of authenticated web pages for website authentication products; updated policy compliance rules for policy compliance products; and updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products. “Ternary Inc. Customer Responsibilities” means the customer shall be responsible for its and its authorized userscompliance with this Agreement and shall be responsible for the Customer Content. Customers shall not use the Ternary Inc. Services to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights. Use the Ternary Inc. Services to store or transmit Malicious Code, Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Ternary Inc. Services or third-party data contained therein or any systems or networks or violate the regulations, policies, or procedures of such networks used with the Ternary Inc. Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Ternary Inc. Service or its related systems or networks, the Ternary Inc. data or the data of any other Ternary Inc. customers, or harass or knowingly or intentionally interfere with another Ternary Inc. customer’s use and enjoyment of the Ternary Inc. Services. Any conduct by Customer that in Ternary Inc. sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other Ternary Inc. customer from using or enjoying the Ternary Inc. Services are expressly prohibited. Customers will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Ternary Inc. Services, and notify Ternary Clouds promptly of any such unauthorized access or use. Customers shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Ternary Inc. Services and all charges related thereto
Content Updates means content used by certain DH2i products which is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware products; updated antispam rules for antispam products; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products; updated lists of authenticated web pages for website authentication products; updated policy compliance rules for policy compliance products; and updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products.
Content Updates means content used by certain DetectSystem products which can be updated from time to time, including but not limited to: data lists used by the application to detect fraud.
Content Updates means content used by Symantec’s Software products that is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware software; updated antispam rules for antispam software; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products; updated policy compliance updates for policy compliance software; updated lists of authenticated web pages for web site authentication software; and updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products, (if applicable). The term “Content Updates” also means the right to use Content Updates to Symantec’s Software products as they become generally available to Symantec’s customers except for those Content Updates that are only available through purchase of a Content Updates subscription.
Content Updates. Content Updates as used in this Certificate refer to content used by Software that is updated from time to time, including but not limited to: updated anti-spyware definitions for anti-spyware software; updated antispam rules for antispam software; updated virus definitions for antivirus and crimeware products; updated URL lists for content filtering and antiphishing products; updated firewall rules for firewall products; updated vulnerability signatures for vulnerability assessment products; updated policy compliance updates for policy compliance software; updated lists of authenticated web pages for web site authentication software; and updated intrusion detection data for intrusion detection products, (if applicable). Content Updates means the right to use Content Updates to the Software as they become generally available to Symantec’s end user customers except for those Content Updates that are only available through purchase of a Content Updates Subscription. Symantec reserves the right to designate specified Content Updates as requiring purchase of a Content Updates Subscription at any time and without notice to Licensee; provided, however, that if Licensee purchases support hereunder that includes particular Content Updates on the issue date set forth on the face of this Certificate, Licensee will not have to pay an additional fee to continue receiving such Content Updates through the end date set forth on the face of this Certificate, even if Symantec designates such Content Updates as requiring a Content Updates Subscription.
