Engagement of Provider. Buyers hereby engage Provider to provide the Transition Services, and Provider hereby accepts its engagement by Buyers.
Engagement of Provider. The District engages the Provider as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, to perform the services set forth below, and the Provider hereby accepts such engagement as an independent contractor upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

The County hereby engages Provider to provide the On-Site Services (defined below) at the Facility and Claim Administration Services (defined below) off-site, and Provider hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform On-Site Services at the Facility and Claim Administration Services off-site during the Term (defined below).

Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, CUSTOMER hereby retains PROVIDER to develop, customize, Install and Implement the Software in accordance with the Statement of Work, supply all surrounding services necessary for the effective operation of the Software and systems set out in the Statement of Work and other Schedules applicable to such Software, and PROVIDER accepts the engagement to develop, customize, Install and Implement Software as set forth in the applicable Schedules attached hereto.
Engagement of Provider. Supplier engages Provider to perform the Services during the Term. Provider accepts this engagement and agrees to perform the Services during the Term in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement.
Engagement of Provider. Beginning upon the Effective Date and continuing during the Term of this Agreement, Owner hereby engages Provider and Provider accepts such engagement to operate and maintain the Plants and to perform the Services (as hereinafter defined), all on the terms and conditions more fully described in this Agreement. At Provider’s discretion, Provider can delegate certain fuel-related services to an Affiliate to comply with MSHA regulations. This delagee shall enjoy the same rights and privileges as the Provider hereunder, as appropriate, with regard to the provision of such fuel-related services.
Engagement of Provider. The Principals hereby engage Provider, and Provider hereby agrees, to perform the Services (defined below) as specified in this Agreement.
Engagement of Provider. Effective as of the Closing, the YTB Parties, on their own behalf and on behalf of their Affiliates, hereby engage Purchaser as the sole and exclusive provider to the YTB Parties and their Affiliates of Travel Related Services in the Territory during the Term. Purchaser hereby accepts such engagement and agrees to provide Travel Related Services to the YTB Parties and their Affiliates on the terms and conditions contained herein.
Engagement of Provider. Customer hereby engages Provider as an independent contractor to perform certain administration, energy procurement, contract negotiation, contract administration, and resource planning services (as such Services are described herein) on behalf of Customer in connection with Customer’s CCA program, and to perform certain other duties, all as set forth in this Agreement. In consideration of the fees and cost reimbursements payable to Provider hereunder, Provider accepts such engagement and agrees to perform the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
Engagement of Provider. Company hereby engages Provider as the exclusive provider of the Professional Services herein described to the Patients of Company in accordance with this Agreement.
