Engagement of Executive. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof.
Engagement of Executive. Subject to earlier termination of the Agreement as hereinafter provided, the Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof.
Engagement of Executive. The Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive accepts employment as Chief Operations Officer of the Company.
Engagement of Executive. The Company agrees to employ Executive as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Executive accepts such employment by the Company for a period of two (2) years beginning on the Effective Date and ending on March 31, 2009 (the “Employment Period”); provided, however, that, effective on April 1, 2008, the Employment Period shall, on a daily basis, be automatically extended by one (1) day, such that at any time, the remaining Employment Period shall be one (1) year; provided further that such day-to-day extensions shall cease in the event either the Company or Executive, as the case may be, provides written notice of such cessation to the other party and such cessation of the automatic extensions shall be effective as of the date of delivery of such notice as determined pursuant to Section 5.2 below. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Employment Period is subject to termination by the Company or Executive pursuant to Section 3 below.
Engagement of Executive. The Company hereby agrees to engage JLS and the Executive in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof.
Engagement of Executive. Company and Parent engage the Executive to provide services, as specified in Section 4, below, to Company and Parent and the Executive hereby agrees to provide these services, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Engagement of Executive. As of the Effective Date, the Company hereby engages the Executive in a management capacity for the period specified in Section 3 hereof, and the Executive accepts such engagement, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Executive’s primary place of service will be in metropolitan New York City (the “Area”). The Executive may be required to travel in the performance of his duties hereunder, but he shall not be required to relocate.
Engagement of Executive. The Company agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive accepts employment as President, BE CHP Division (formerly IPS Power Engineering, Inc.) of the Company.
Engagement of Executive. Subject to earlier termination of the Agreement as hereinafter provided, the Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof. In addition, the Executive is also appointed as the Acting CEO of the parent company of the Company, GammaCan International Inc. (the "Parent Company"). The Executive will not be entitled to any compensation for her position as Acting CEO of the Parent Company, other than the salary and additional compensation to which she is entitled pursuant to this Agreement, but indemnification will be granted to her by the Parent Company in connection with her position.
Engagement of Executive. Subject to earlier termination of the Agreement as hereinafter provided, the Company hereby agrees to employ KNRY in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof. KNRY agrees to provide the services of the Executive to fulfill the obligations of KNRY under this Agreement. All provisions of this Agreement relating to the rights and obligations of the Executive shall be those of KNRY performed by the Executive on behalf of KNRY.
