Engagement of Employee. The Company agrees to employ Employee as ---------------------- President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company, and Employee agrees to accept such employment, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Engagement of Employee. The Company agrees to continue to employ ---------------------- Employee, and Employee accepts such continued employment by the Company, for the period beginning February 17, 1999 (the "Effective Date") and ending on February 16, 2002 (the "Initial Employment Period"). The Initial Employment Period and any Renewal Period (as hereinafter defined) shall automatically be renewed and extended on the same terms and conditions contained herein for consecutive one-year periods (the "Renewal Periods"), unless not later than sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Employment Period or any Renewal Period, either party shall give written notice to such other party electing to terminate this Agreement. The Initial Employment Period and the Renewal Periods are hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Period." For purposes of this Agreement, any notice of termination electing not to renew this Agreement pursuant to this Section 1.1 shall be deemed: (i) a termination without cause if such notice is delivered by the Company; or (ii) a voluntary termination of employment if such notice is delivered by Employee; provided, however, that if the Employment Period is terminated pursuant to this Section 1.1 by Employee, then notwithstanding Section 3.3, the Company shall have no further obligations hereunder or otherwise with respect to Employee's employment from and after the expiration of the Employment Period (except payment of Employee's Base Salary, Benefits and Special Benefits accrued through the expiration of the Employment Period). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Employment Period is subject to termination pursuant to Article III below.

Any prior agreements or understandings with respect to Employee’s employment with the Company are canceled as of the date hereof, other than any incentive awards granted to Employee prior to the date hereof, benefit plans in which Employee is eligible for participation and any Company policies to which Employee is subject.
Engagement of Employee. The Company agrees to employ Bxxxxxxxx and Bxxxxxxxx agrees to accept employment as President of the Company, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Engagement of Employee. The Company agrees to employ Employee as Vice-President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company and Employee agrees to accept such employment, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Engagement of Employee. 1.1 The Corporation hereby engages the Employee as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Employee hereby accepts such employment.
Engagement of Employee. The Company agrees to employ Employee as a Regional Vice President of the Company, and Employee agrees to accept such employment, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, effective January 1, 2001.

As of the Effective Date, any prior agreements or understandings with respect to Employee’s employment with the Company are canceled, other than any incentive awards granted to Employee prior to the date hereof, benefit plans in which Employee is eligible for participation and any Company policies to which Employee is subject. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties acknowledge that the Prior Agreement remained in effect in accordance with its terms until the Effective Date and has terminated in accordance with its terms and is of no further force or effect.
