ENFORCING PUPIL BEHAVIOR POLICIES. 1. Board Support and Assistance - The Board recognizes its responsibility to give all reasonable support and assistance to employees with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline in the school from the time the child is in attendance or in district-sponsored transit to or from the school or any other school function authorized by the school district or in a classroom presided over by the teacher. The Board recognizes that the teacher in the classroom should not be expected to assume the ongoing responsibility for social work or psychotherapy. Whenever it appears that a particular pupil requires the attention of special employees, specialcounselors, social workers, law enforcement personnel, physicians or other professionally trained persons, the principal will make a decision to pursue special assistance with respect to such student. ENFORCING PUPIL BEHAVIOR POLICIES. Each employee will be provided copies of the policies and regulations concerning pupil behavior. The employees will be instructed by the building administrator on their duties and responsibilities in regard to disruptive pupil behavior. An employee may remove a disruptive pupil from the classroom when the employee judges the pupil’s behavior to be disruptive of the instructional program. As soon as possible thereafter, the employee will notify the building administrator of the reasons surrounding the need to remove the disruptive pupil from class.
ENFORCING PUPIL BEHAVIOR POLICIES. Any policies, etc., adopted by the School District concerning student discipline shall be made known to the teachers together with its procedures for enforcement on the first in-service of the year.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Insurance Policies Insurance required herein shall be by companies duly licensed or admitted to transact business in the state where the Premises are located, and maintaining during the policy term a "General Policyholders Rating" of at least B+, V, as set forth in the most current issue of "Best's Insurance Guide", or such other rating as may be required by a Lender. Lessee shall not do or permit to be done anything which invalidates the required insurance policies. Lessee shall, prior to the Start Date, deliver to Lessor certified copies of policies of such insurance or certificates evidencing the existence and amounts of the required insurance. No such policy shall be cancelable or subject to modification except after thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lessor. Lessee shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of such policies, furnish Lessor with evidence of renewals or "insurance binders" evidencing renewal thereof, or Lessor may order such insurance and charge the cost thereof to Lessee, which amount shall be payable by Lessee to Lessor upon demand. Such policies shall be for a term of at least one year, or the length of the remaining term of this Lease, whichever is less. If either Party shall fail to procure and maintain the insurance required to be carried by it, the other Party may, but shall not be required to, procure and maintain the same.

  • Leave Policies III.P.1. Return at Expiration of Leave Upon the expiration of any leave, other than a military leave, the employee shall be returned to the same class of position or to any position to which the employee had been eligible to transfer at the time the leave of absence was granted.

  • Self-insured programs and self-insured retentions Approval. Any self-insurance program, or self-insured retention must be approved separately in writing by the District's Risk Manager and shall protect the District, its Board of Trustees, and their officials, employees, volunteers, and agents in the same manner and to the same extent as they would have been protected had the policy or policies not contained such self-insurance or self- insured retention provisions.

  • Modifications and Rectifications to Coverage 1. A Party may make rectifications of a purely formal nature to its coverage under this Chapter, or minor amendments to its Schedules in Annex XVI, provided that it notifies the other Parties in writing and no Party objects in writing within 45 days from the receipt of the notification. A Party that makes such a rectification or minor amendment need not provide compensatory adjustments to the other Parties.

  • Required Policies and Coverages Without limiting any liabilities or any other obligations of Seller under this Agreement, Seller shall secure and continuously carry with an insurance company or companies rated not lower than “B+” by the A.M. Best Company the insurance coverage specified below:
