Common use of Employment Notification Clause in Contracts

Employment Notification. Within eight (8) calendar days, the Human Resources Department shall notify the Association of all new promotions and terminations within the bargaining unit. Such notice shall include the supervisor's name, social security number, address, telephone number and the action taken. At the end of each pay period, the Corrections Department shall provide the Association with a copy of the time sheet of each Supervisor who was on a no-pay status in that pay period.
