Employment by Corporation. Effective January 1, 2016, the Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive as the Corporation’s full-time Chief Financial Officer during the Term (as defined in Section 3, below). As Chief Financial Officer, Executive will report to the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and to the Corporation’s Board of Directors, and shall have such duties consistent with that of a Chief Financial Officer that may from time to time be designated or assigned to Executive pursuant to the directives of the Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.
Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive to perform the duties on behalf of the Corporation as the Corporation’s full-time President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive will report to the Corporation’s Chairman of the Board, and shall have such duties consistent with that of a President and Chief Executive Officer that may from time to time be designated or assigned to Executive pursuant to the directives of the Corporation’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), including without limitation the overseeing and implementation of the Corporation’s business plan as adopted by the Board. Executive will perform his duties under this Agreement at the Corporation’s corporate headquarters in the metropolitan Los Angeles area, with such office currently contemplated to be in the Woodland Hills, California area, or at such other location as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Corporation and Executive; and he will do such traveling as may be required of him in the performance of his duties as the President and Chief Executive Officer. The Corporation will use its commercially reasonable efforts to have Executive serve as a member of the Board during the term of this Agreement.
Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive to perform duties on behalf of the Corporation as the full-time President of Cables Unlimited during the Term (as defined in Section 3, below). As President of Cables Unlimited, Executive will report to the Corporation's Chief Executive Officer and to the Corporation’s Board of Directors, and shall have such duties consistent with that of a President that may from time to time be designated or assigned to Executive pursuant to the directives of the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors.
Employment by Corporation. The award of Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement shall not impose upon the Corporation or any Subsidiary any obligation to retain Grantee in its employ for any given period or upon any specific terms of employment. The Corporation or any Subsidiary may at any time dismiss Grantee from employment, free from any liability or claim under the Plan or this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided in any written agreement with Grantee.
Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Employee to perform such duties on behalf of the Corporation and its affiliates as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer or such officer as may subsequently be designated by the Board of Directors of the Corporation ("Management"), may from time to time determine, including without limitation duties with respect to regulatory compliance and governmental affairs relating to the design, development and manufacture for the Corporation of gaming devices ("Game[s]") to be manufactured and sold by the Corporation or by one or more of other corporations under common control with the Corporation (its "Affiliates"). The primary assignment of Employee shall be Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Employment by Corporation. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Corporation hereby agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee hereby agrees to serve Corporation, in the capacity and for the Term of Employment (as defined below) specified herein.
Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Employee to perform such duties on behalf of the Corporation and its affiliates as the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Corporation ("Management"), may from time to time determine, including without limitation, duties with respect to the design and development of gaming devices (“Games”) to be manufactured and sold or leased by the Corporation or by one or more of the other corporations under common control with the Corporation (“Affiliates”). Employee’s title shall be Senior Vice President – Product Development, reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, which title and reporting may change at any time in the sole discretion of Management.
Employment by Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Employee to perform such duties on behalf of the Corporation and its affiliates as the President, Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Corporation (“Management”), may from time to time determine, including without limitation, duties with respect to operations of the Corporation and the other corporations controlling or under common control with the Corporation (“Affiliates” and, collectively with the Corporation, the “Employer Group”). The title of Employee shall be Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the President, which title and reporting may change at any time in the sole discretion of Management.
