Title and Reporting. During the Employment Period, the Executive will be employed as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and he will report solely and directly to the Board. All other employees of the Company (other than the Chairman of the Board, if the Chairman of the Board is an employee of the Company) will report to the Executive or his designees.
Title and Reporting. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall have such authority, duties and responsibilities as is consistent with such position and as otherwise determined by the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), including, without limitation, serving as a director, manager and/or officer of the Company and any direct or indirect subsidiary thereof (collectively, the “Company Group”). The Executive shall report to the Board.
Title and Reporting. Executive shall serve as the Company's Vice President, Client Leadership and shall report to and perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to Executive by the Company's Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO").

Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as the Vice President & General Manager, Plastics of the Company and you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

During the term of your employment with the Company under this Agreement, you will serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company and you will report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors. During your term of employment with the Company, you will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Xxxxx Intermediate Holding LLC and Xxxxx LLC, for which you will receive no additional compensation.
Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and you will report directly to the President or Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries, and you will report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors (the Board). The Board will take such action as may be necessary to appoint or elect you as a member of the Board as of the Start Date above. Thereafter, during your employment with the Company, the Board will nominate you for re-election as a member of the Board at the expiration of the then current term, except to the extent prohibited by legal or regulatory requirements. You will not be entitled to any additional compensation for such Board service while you are also serving as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: You will have the duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with the position described above. In addition, you are hereby expressly permitted to continue to serve (i) as a consultant to B/E Aerospace, Inc. or its successor pursuant to that certain letter agreement by and among you, B/E Aerospace, Inc. and Rockwell Xxxxxxx, Inc., dated April 13, 2017 and (ii) as an employee, executive officer, director or consultant of KLX Inc.

In addition, you are hereby expressly permitted to continue to serve as an employee, executive officer, director or consultant of KLX Inc.
