Employer to Continue to Supply Tools. The Employer shall continue to supply tools to employees. The Employer shall replace tools upon satisfactory proof that they have been lost, broken, or stolen while being used in the work of the Employer with the knowledge and consent of the Employer and upon reasonable proof that reasonable precautions were taken by the employee to protect the tools against loss or theft. All tools provided by the Employer shall remain on site unless specifically authorized by the appropriate manager.
