Employer to Continue to Supply Tools. ‌ All employers currently supplying tools to employees shall continue to supply tools to employees. All employers shall supply tools to employees upon the requirement of the employers that the employees provide tools calibrated to the metric scale. All employers shall replace tools upon satisfactory proof that they have been lost, broken, or stolen while being used in the work of the Employer with the knowledge and consent of the Employer and upon reasonable proof that reasonable precautions were taken by the employee to protect the tools against loss or theft.
