Employee's Voluntary Resignation. The date of Employee's Voluntary Resignation. A "Voluntary Resignation" means any resignation by Employee other than Employee's Termination for Good Reason, as set forth in Subsection 3(f) of this Agreement, or Employee's resignation following Employee's receipt of a Non-Renewal Notice from Paxson.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. The date of Employee's Voluntary Resignation. A "VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION" means any resignation by Employee other than Employee's Termination for Cause, as set forth in Subsection 3(f) of this Agreement.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. Should Employee wish to resign from his position with the Corporation during the Employment Period without Good Reason (his "Voluntary Resignation"), he shall give thirty (30) days written notice to the Corporation and specify the date as of which his resignation is to become effective. The date specified in such written notice is also referred to herein as the "Termination Date." Failure to provide such notice shall entitle the Corporation to fix the Termination Date as of the last business day on which Employee reported for work at the principal offices of the Corporation.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. The employment of Employee will be terminated in the event of Employee's voluntary written resignation from employment.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. E. The Company shall have no obligation to pay Employee any amounts after the Date of Termination, other than his Base Salary through the Date of Termination, if Employee is in breach of any provision in Section 8 of this Agreement which continues for more than thirty days after written notice by Company to Employee to cure or cease the offending activities.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation upon notice given to ----------- the Board of Directors of the Company not less than ninety (90) days prior to the effective date of such resignation or such shorter period as may be established by the Board of Directors.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. The Employee voluntarily resigns from employment with the [Agency] and the State of South Carolina effective close of business on ________________________, [yyyy]. The [Agency] accepts the Employee's voluntary resignation.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. In the event of termination under Paragraph 8(a)(iii), solely for purposes of Paragraph 7, the Term shall not be deemed terminated and shall continue until the first to occur of twelve (12) months from termination or December 31, 2011.
Employee's Voluntary Resignation. If Employee gives Paxsxx notice of a voluntary resignation (a "VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION"), a date specified in such notice which shall be not less than ninety (30) days after the date on which the notice is received by Paxsxx. Xx that event, Paxsxx xxxll pay to Employee the amounts, if any, set forth in Section 3.2 hereof in respect of a Voluntary Termination.
